摘要
铝蜂窝复合材料作为一种新型材料,具有轻质高强的结构。对铝蜂窝复合材料的平拉性能、压缩性能、剥离强度等基本力学特性进行试验研究,试验结果表明:铝蜂窝客车底板具有比其他客车底板材料更好的力学性能。基于模态分析理论,对系统的模态参数和物理参数进行分析;并将铝蜂窝的动弹性模量和三点弯曲法的静弹性模量进行对比分析,结果表明:动弹性模量普遍大于静弹性模量,可以用动弹性模量作为铝蜂窝复合材料的一种考核指标。并对铝蜂窝复合材料客车底板进行结构设计,说明铝蜂窝客车底板安装的可行性。
AIuminium honeycomb composite material is a new material which has the advantages of high strength of the structure. Basic. mechanical properties of aluminium honeyeomb composite material used inDus-platfurm whieh contained stretching, compression, and peel strength were tested respectively. The test results show that the aluminium honeycomb bus platform is better than other bus plaffomn materials in mechanical pruperties. Modal parameters anti physical parameters were analyzed based on modal analysis theoL'y. The dynamie elastic modulus of aluminium honeycomb and the static elastic modulus based on three point bending method were compared and analyzed. Data results show that the dynamic elastic modulus is generally higher than static elastic modulus, and can be used as a kind of assessment index of aluminium boney- comb eomposite material. Finally, the research achievements were summarized and the further researching direetions were prolapsed.
