摘要
介绍一种新的汽车方向盘耐弯曲疲劳试验方法。对当前的方向盘耐弯曲疲劳试验方法进行了分析,提出该试验方法的不足。以方向盘在实际使用中的工况为依据,提出新的方向盘耐弯曲疲劳试验方法。该试验方法能更加真实地模拟方向盘在使用过程中的工况,使试验数据更加准确。
A new testing method of steering wheel bending fatigue was introduced. Analyzing the current testing method, its disadvanta- ges were put forward. Based on the actual using condition, a new testing method of bending fatigue was presented. The test method can simu- late real working condition of the steering wheel and more accurate testing data can be gotten.
