介绍液力风扇在某款商用车上的应用,简述液力风扇的特点和与传统皮带驱动风扇的区别,从液力风扇控制方式的选择和液力风扇转速和功率与发动机转速和功率的关系两方面对液力风扇进行匹配;针对液力风扇的柔性布置特点,对轴向柱塞油泵、液压马达、液压油罐、电气控制器、油管等液力风扇组成元件在该商用车上进行科学的布置。
The application of hydraulic fan in a commercial vehicle was introduced. The differences between hydraulic fan and traditional beh-driven fan were introduced. The fan was matched from the control mode selection, the relation of the fan rotation speed and power and the engine rotation speed and power. The hydraulic components were arranged in the commercial vehicle based on the flexible layout Flexible Lay- outFlexible Layoutcharacteristics of hydraulic fan, including the axial piston pumps, the hydraulic motors, the hydraulic oil tank, the electri- cal controller, the tubing, etc.
