输入轴滚槽工艺设计与分析

摘要 针对输入轴加工中心铣六槽工艺的分度精度差、效率低和费用高的问题,运用齿轮加工的展成原理,设计专用的夹具和刀具,在高速数控滚齿机上加工输入轴的六槽。试验结果证实了滚槽工艺的可行性。 Three exists problems in the input shaft six slots milling process in machining center, such as low indexing accuracy, low eft'i- ciency and high expense. To solve the problems, applying generating principle of gear machining, specialized tools were designed as well as jigs, then input shaft six slots were milled in high speed CNC gear hobbing machine. The test result confirms the feasibility of the roll grooving process.
