保险公司承担社会责任具有天然的合理性,因为保险公司是以营利为活动目的的经济体,并具有准公益性质。同时,保险业的形成和发展也是建立在社会的支持与包容之上的,保险公司的社会性经营一方面使其承担社会责任具有经济基础,另一方面也使得保险商行为与其承担的社会责任紧密结合。保险公司通过业务行为,倡导诚实守信、团结互助、扶危济困和守法生财的精神,积累了更多的社会财富,不断增强管理风险、支持科学探索和补偿损害的能力,参与社会层面上的危险管理防灾防损,将公司壮大与拥有善资紧密相连。保险公司应该超越法律实现企业社会责任,无论是法律政策和经济环境要求,还是保险公司自我提升的发展要求,都需要保险公司克服自身过分逐利性而融盈利目标于公共事业中;同时,也是对法律强化的保险公司要在维护公共利益中找求商业目标的认可。

It has born rationalization that insurance companies take social responsibility for they are the economical entities pursuing profits but with nature of quasi - public welfare. And the establishment and development of insurance industry are based on supporting and understanding from the entire society. On one hand, it helps fulfill the social responsibility with financial sponsoring through insurance companies＇ business activities; on the other hand, it combines the companies＇ business behaviors and their social responsibility actions closely and completely. We emphasize that the insurance companies need to advocate to stimulate others＇ awareness of honesty, solidarity, helping those who are suffering and doing law -abiding business; to accumulate more wealth; to strengthen capacity of risk management, supporting scientific exploration and compensation for the damage; to participate in the risk management of loss prevention at the social level, in order to combine development and profitability of the companies closely. Besides, it also elaborates on that legal and economical environment and their self - promotions require insurance companies to overcome their excessively pursuing profit and to fuse the profitability targets with public service, which is also the recognition of the point highlighted by legal item that to achieve profitable subjects via maintaining public interests.
