复发性脑梗死93例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 93 patients on recurrent cerebral infarction

目的 对 93例复发性脑梗死患者进行临床分析 ,探讨其临床特点及预后。方法 总结其临床特点 ,结合文献对复发率、复发危险因素、复发防治及预后进行讨论。结果 93例患者中 ,复发病灶在原梗死灶对侧 42例 ,在同侧 5 1例 ,复发率 2 3 % ,治疗总有效率 81 5 % ,死亡率 10 %。结论 脑梗死的复发次数越多 ,预后越差 ,加强对危险因素的一级预防 ,对预防脑梗死复发是十分重要的。

Objectives We have analysised 93 patients on recurrent cerebral infarction,in order to further inquire into clinical characteristic and prognosis of the disease.Methods We have summarized clinical characteristic of 93 patients on recurrent cerebral infarction,we have combined the literature reviewing and discussing the recurrence,the recurrence dangerous factors、how prevention and cure、as well as prognosis of the disease.Results Recurrence cerebral infraction patients total are 93 cases,male 58 cases、female 35 cases、the recurrence focus in opposite side of the primary infraction focus are 42 cases,in homolateral are 51 cases,the recurrence rate is 23%,the general cure effective rate is 81.5%,the mortality is 10%,recurrence time are the more than,prognosis are the worse. Conclusions We must do so many work as carry on primary prevention on dangerous factors of cerebral infarction,it is very important that to prevent cerebral infarction recurrerce.
