摘要
为了研究河蚌壳在煅烧过程中的分解特性及影响产物比表面积的因素,采用差热天平,分析蚌壳的分解特性,在河蚌壳分解过程中,有机物成分在287—458℃区间分解,CaCO3在600℃开始分解,800℃几乎分解完全.利用电镜分析观察不同煅烧温度时产物的形貌特征,发现随着温度的升高,产物不断被细化,1100℃时产物出现熔融烧结.选择三因素四水平的正交试验,优化了分解产物比表面积的主要影响因素,选择以1000℃煅烧、120μm初始粉碎粒径和1.5h的保温时间为最佳比表面积制备条件.
The decomposition characteristics of mussel shell under high temperature and the factors affecting specific surface of calcinated production have been studied by means of differential thermal balance and electron microscope. The results show that the organic matter decomposed during 287 ℃ to 458 ℃. Decomposition of calcium carbonate started at 600 ℃ until 800 ℃ when the reaction was balanced. The morphology characteristics of the calcinated production were distinct at different temperature. The higher the temperature was the smaller the particle size. The calcinated production began to melt when the temperature was at 1 100℃. The main factors affecting the specific surface area of the decomposition products have been optimized through orthogonal design with three factors and four levels. The results show that 1 000 ℃ , 120μm initial diameter and 1.5 h holding time were the best preparation conditions.
