全国家禽产品供需状况研究

摘要 依据《中国统计年鉴》所载资料和国家统计局近年来对河南等17个省居民家庭以外畜禽肉、蛋消费情况抽样调查资料,运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,深入分析研究中国禽类产品的生产发展变化、生产与消费、居民禽类产品消费与收入、主要存在问题等,并对未来"十二五"期间家禽产品产消(费)趋势进行科学预测,旨在为有关方面在对畜牧业生产的科学发展、保障畜产品市场的有效供应、确保城乡居民的菜篮子、进一步增加农民收入等方面制定宏观决策时提供参考. This paper is based on China Statistical Yearbook and the sample survey data, carried out by the National Bureau in Henan and other 17 provinces for many years, which contains the resident poultry meat and egg consumption in recent years. Using quantitative analysis method combining qualitative analysis, in-depth analysis was conducted on developments and changes in the production of poultry products, production and consumption, consumption of poultry products and residents income, and main existing problems in the future, 12th five-year plan pridictions were made for the period poultry products consumption trends of scientific prediction, designed to provide reference, for interested parties on the scientific development of livestock production to ensure the effective supply of livestock markets, and further increase the income of the farmers to develop macro decision-making.
