摘要
在机织用涤纶短纤维生产线上,通过工艺调整,规范操作,生产针织专用1.56 dtex涤纶短纤维,探讨了其生产工艺对产品质量的影响.结果表明:选择聚酯熔体特性黏数为0.642~0.645 dL/g,主风道压力为1 080 Pa,纺丝速度为1 200 m/min,总拉伸倍数为3.29,控制原丝平衡时间大于8h,生产的针织专用涤纶短纤维质量稳定,纤维疵点含量(100 g)为0.4 mg,染色疵点6 g为12个,优级品率达100%.
A 1.56 dtex polyester staple fiber for knitting was produced on a production line of polyester staple fiber for knitting by regulating the process parameters and standardizing the operation. The effects of process conditions on the product quality were discussed. The results showed that the produced polyester staple fiber for knitting was stable in quality with top-quality rate of 100% and had 0.4 mg fiber defects per 100 g and 12 dyeing defects per 6 g as the process conditions were as followed: melt in- trinsic viscosity 0. 642 - 0. 645 dL/g, main airway pressure 1 080 Pa, spinning speed 1 200 m/min, total draw ratio 3.29, con- ditioning time longer than 8 h for as-spun fiber.
