Observation of Immune Level of Poliomyelitis in Healthy Children in Jiangsu Province for Five Years

为了解江苏省健康儿童脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )的免疫状况 ,进行了 0～ 2月龄婴儿口服脊灰疫苗 (OPV)免疫成功率监测 ,6月龄～、1岁、2岁、3岁、4～ 9岁儿童脊灰抗体水平监测。 1996、1997、1999年儿童OPV免疫成功率监测结果是 :Ⅰ型 94 6 %～ 98 2 % ,Ⅱ型 98 2 %～ 10 0 0 % ,Ⅲ型 92 9%～ 10 0 0 %。 1995～ 1999年健康儿童脊灰抗体水平监测结果是 :中和抗体阳性率Ⅰ型为 92 3%～ 10 0 0 % ,Ⅱ型 94 2 %～ 10 0 0 % ,Ⅲ型 94 2 %～ 10 0 0 % ;中和抗体几何平均滴度Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型分别为 1∶5 5 6～ 1∶35 9 2、1∶110 2～ 1∶188 0、1∶70 8～ 1∶10 8 4。说明通过OPV的常规免疫和强化免疫 。

In order to understand the polio immune level of healthy children in Jiangsu Province, we conducted a survey to find out the immune successful rate of oral polio vaccine (OPV) to 0～2 month old infants and the polio neutralizing antibody level among 6～12 month old to 9 year old children. The results showed that the OPV immune successful rates of infants ranged from 94.6%～98.2%, 98.2% ～100%, 92.9%～100% for Polio Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ respectively observed in 1996, 1997 and 1999. The neutralizing antibody positive rates in healthy children in 1995～1999 ranged from 92.3%～100% for polio Ⅰ, 94.2%～100% for Polio Ⅱ, 94.2%～100% for polio Ⅲ and the GMT were 1∶55.6～1∶359.2, 1∶110.2～1∶188.0, 1∶70.8～1∶108.4 for polio Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ respectively. These results revealed that a firm protection against poliomyelitis in children in Jiangsu Province has been established through routine and supplementary immunization of OPV.
