摘要
以韩国SK-90#沥青作为基质沥青,选用废旧LDPE与SBS作为改性剂制备SMA沥青混合料,通过室内试验,测试和评价沥青混合料的路用性能,分析LDPE与不同类型SBS改性剂对混合料性能的影响。应用有限元程序对LDPE/SBS复合改性沥青SMA混合料的路面结构力学响应规律进行研究,分析表征其性能效益的指标。研究结果表明:其混合料高温性能、低温性能与抗水损坏能力都有所提高,且LDPE与星型SBS复合改性沥青混合料的各项性能优于LDPE与线型SBS复合改性沥青混合料;使用LDPE/SBS复合改性沥青不仅能够提高路面使用寿命,而且可以优化路面结构,起到节约成本的目的。
Taking SK-90 asphalt as base asphalt, the modified asphalt SMA mixture was prepared by low density poly- ethylene (LDPE) and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS). The SMA mixture and its physical changes were studied according to laboratory tests. In addition, the mechanical response of LDPE/SBS modified asphalt SMA mixture was analyzed using the finite element software, while the benefits of modifying the SMA mixture were evaluated. The experimental results show that the high temperature performance, the low temperature performance and the water stability of the SMA mix- tures are all improved. And each performance of LDPE/Star SBS modified asphalt SMA mixture is superior to those of LDPE/Linear SBS modified asphalt SMA mixture. According to the results, the SMA mixture can not only prolong the pavement service life, hut also can optimize the asphalt pavement structure; therefore it tends out to he cheap.
