摘要
利用ANSYS对两自由度压电振子进行仿真分析,探讨压电振子的形状对压电振子的谐振电压与带宽的影响,研究两自由度压电振子的长度、固定端宽度、自由端与固定端的宽度比、压电层与基层的厚度比以及质量块的厚度对两自由度压电振子的固有频率、谐振状态下产生的最大电压以及频带带宽的影响。通过对以上数据的分析比较对其结构进行优化,得到一个较为合理的尺寸。
We used ANSYS to simulate and analyze the two-degree-of-freedom piezoelectric vibrator,and the influence of the shape of the piezoelectric vibrator on resonance voltage of piezoelectric vibrator and bandwidth was studied. Particu- larly, we ,studied the influence on the length, the fixed end width, the width rate of the free end and fixed end width, the thickness rate of the piezoelectric layer and base. The influences of the thickness of the mass on the natural frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator, whose maximum voltageproduced in the resonance state, and on the frequency bandwidth were also investigated. Through the data analysis and structural optimization,we obtained a reasonable size
