本文以英国"社会证券交易(SSE)"为线索,主要研究SSE的运作机制,深入剖析SSE的机制性功能、SSE的运营管理、社会企业上市规程,分析SSE的潜在问题,对中国社会企业发展、社会资本市场培育,提高社会服务供给能力具有借鉴之处。

Based on the clue of London Social Stock Exchange, the article deeply explored its operational mechanism, analyzed its mechanical functions and its operating management; for a social enterprise being listed in Social Stock Exchange, the strategic planning and its work flow is also described, some potential problems of the British model are exposed, which can be served as a mirror to the development of social enterprises in China, fostering the social investment market and improving the capability of public service delivery.
