摘要 1概述 1．1胃肠重建的基本原则胃切除术后的消化道重建约有130年的历史，Billroth在1881年行远端胃切除、Billroth I式吻合。1893年Roux创建Roux—ell—Y吻合术式。1896年Schlatter行全胃切除食管空肠吻合重建。
