公文“事由”溯源

公文事由最早出现于唐代,中间经过宋代的"引黄"、"贴黄节状内事",明清两朝的"贴黄"和"文首事由"并行期,近代的"文首事由"、"封面事由"和"标题"混用期,于20世纪50年代发展为现代规范公文标题的一个构件。

Theme of the official documents firstly appeared in the Tang Dynasty, which went through the ＂yinhuang＂ and ＂tiehuang and abstraction of report＂ in the Song Dynasty, the parallel period of ＂tie- huang＂ and ＂theme in the beginning of the article＂ in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the mixed phase of ＂ theme in the beginning of the article＂ .＂theme of the cover＂ and ＂title＂ in modern times. Finally it de- veloped into a component of the title of current standard documents in the late 50＂s.
