试论政务微博信息的档案化——基于InterPARES的电子档案要素分析模板

借鉴InterPARES的电子档案要素分析模板,对政务微博信息进行要素析取,可以探析到政务微博信息既有电子档案的本质性要素,即可固化的原始记录,又有着Web2.0平台的信息特性,即依托第三方平台的新特点以及互动性。所引用的电子档案要素分析模板不仅可以为政务微博信息的规范形成与管理提供原则性理念,也可以通过分析过程为模板自身的升级指引方向,从而最终为政务微博信息的档案化落脚于实际工作中提供可能。
