摘要
对全国60多个基层档案馆的民生档案工作进行了调研,通过对民生档案范围及种类、信息化建设、利用状况的统计分析,总结了基层民生档案工作面临的现实问题。提出了加强民生领域建档工作、创新民生档案资源管理模式、拓展民生档案信息网络服务方式等对策措施。
Based on the investigation of the work of livelihood archives of more than 60 local compre- hensive archives, this article first carries on the statistical analysis in three aspects, the scope and types of the people＇s livelihood archives, information construction and utilization, concludes the real problems that faced in the work of livelihood archives. Then it proposes several possible solutions to the problems from the aspects including strengthening filing of livelihood archives, innovating management pattern of live- lihood archives resources, and expanding network services of livelihood archives.
