In recent years, the water conservancy construction projects are numerous and spent large quantity of funds. It puts forward higher request to the financial supervision and corruption prevention. Using of information technology, it develops financial supervision platform for construction of water conservancy project at all levels of users, monitoring the use of funds during entire process of projects from feasibility study to completion. It ensures that the water administration department real-timely, accurately grasps the dynamic information of water conservancy construction projects. The system can early warn online about the construction schedule, payment time limit and the completed investment.
