“中国传统”与“西方移植”的高等教育理念之碰撞与融合

The conflict and collision of higher education philosophy between the West and China

中国自古就有大学,但是我国近代大学并不是从古代大学逐步演变而来的,而是鸦片战争之后,伴随着半封建半殖民地的进程,国人对西方大学的理念与模式的模仿和移植。本文以我国近代高等教育的形成轨迹为线索,分析了我国近代高等教育创立初期在模仿和移植西方大学的过程中所形成的理念与模式,并讨论了在此过程中出现的一些问题。这些问题可以归因为西方教育理念与中国传统教育哲学思想的碰撞与融合所致。

After the Opium War,with the process of becoming a semifeudal and semicolonial country,China built the modem universities by imitating and transplanting the concept of universities of the West. In this paper,the concept and model of China＇s uni- versities in different periods have been summarized and the problems arose from imitating and transplanting the model of West universities have been identified by following the history of the establishment of China＇s modem universities. It was believed that these problems can be attributed to the conflict and collision of educational philosophy between the West and China＇s. ：
