摘要
为实现矿井年产千万吨的目标,以平朔井工一矿浅埋深、两硬条件下的特厚煤层为例,介绍了采用国产成套装备为主的300 m长综放工作面安全高效开采技术,结合工作面矿压显现、支架适应性、顶煤冒放性等指标,评价了特厚煤层千万吨300 m长综放工作面安全高效开采效果。结果表明:采用300 m长工作面综放开采的采煤方法,确定割煤高度为3.8 m、放煤高度为8.7 m,通过合理配套工作面设备,工作面平均日产4万t左右,平均月产108万t,最高月产118万t,平均年产1 200万t以上,工作面采出率88.98%,实现了单工作面年产1 000万t以上的目标。
In order to realize a target of a mine with an annual production of over 10 million tons, taking a ultra thick seam in Pingshuo No.1 Underground Mine under the conditions of a shallow mining depth, hard coal and hard roof rock as a case, the paper introduced the safety and high efficient mining technology on a 300 m long fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face mainly with the domestic completed set equipment. In combination with the mine strata pressure behaviors of the coal mining face, powered support suitability, top coal caving and other indexes, the paper evaluated the safety and high efficient mining effect of the 300 m long fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face with an annual coal production of over 10 million tons in the ultra thick seam. The results showed that with a 300 m long coal mining face and the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining method, the cutting height of the coal mining face was set as 3. 8 m and the coal caving height was set as 8. 7 m. With the rational matched coal mining face equipment, an average production per day of the coal mining face was about 40 000 tons, the average month production of the coal mining face was 1. 08 million tons, the max month production was 1. 18 million tons, the average annual production was over 12 million tons and the coal mining recovery rate of the coal mining face was 88. 98%.The annual production over 10 million tons from a single coal mining face was realized.
