摘要
基于不确定规划理论以及不确定规划模型,研究目标函数在一定置信水平下取得最值的一类不确定机会约束规划模型,给出求解不确定机会约束规划模型的算法。并研究了运输能力限制下的运输问题(TPTCL)的不确定机会约束规划模型,通过对不确定环境下TPTCL进行分析、建立其不确定机会约束规划模型和数值求解,说明该模型和算法的合理性和有效性。
This paper studies a class of uncertain chance constrained programming model that objective function to obtain the value under a certain confidence level based on uncertain planning theory and uncertain programming model, and gives the algorithm of solving uncertain chance constrained programming model.Then,the model is applied to the transport capacity constraints of the transportation problem. By mean of analyses the transport capacity constraints of the transportation problem under the uncertain environment, established uncertain chance constrained programming model and obtained the numerical results, the efficiency of the model and the algorithm are illustrated.
