This paper makes an analysis of the development of agricultural product logistics from the angle of the government function, in order to solve the problem of the agricultural products safety through the development of agricultural products logistics. To play an important role in the logistics of agricultural products, the government needs to increase fiscal expenditure, strengthen the construction of agricultural products logistics infrastructure, and the develop the professional rural cooperative economic organizations and related logistics organization.
