农村补充医疗保险制度模式的探索与设计

ExplorAtion and Design of Rural Supplementary Medical Insurance System Model

随着我国人们生活水平和健康意识的提高,人们的医疗服务需求也慢慢地呈现出多层次性,但新农合只能提供基本的医疗需求,为此我国应该建立农村补充医疗保险以满足人们多层次的医疗需求。不过农村补充医疗保险是一种全新的构想,该制度本身在我国并没有现成的模式可以借鉴,文中对农村补充医疗保险模式的设计及其可行性分析也只是探索性的研究,仅供读者们参考指正。

With the improvement of people＆#39;s living standards and health awareness,People＆#39;s demand for medical services is also slowly showing multilevel nature.NCMS can only provide basic medical needs,so we should establish supplementary medical insurance to meet the medical needs of people in rural areas multilevel.However, supplementary medical insurance in rural areas is a new idea,the system itself is not readily available in our model.In this paper, the design and feasibility analysis of rural supplementary medical insurance model is only exploratory research.
