走"体教结合"培养竞技体育后备人才之路,不仅能解决在培养运动员过程中因文化素质低淘汰率过高导致运动员难以安置等问题,还能解决竞技体育后备人才培养的可持续发展问题,真正实现体育教育和竞技体育的完美结合。为此,构建了竞技体育后备人才培养模式的运作思路,即高校校园体育联赛、省内交流、地区比赛、全国联赛四级层层相衔接的培养、训练和选拔模式,为我国后备人才培养提供参与。
