紫外分光光度法测定洁阴灵中醋酸氯己定和氧氟沙星含量

Determination of chlorhexidine acetate and ofloxacin in Jie yin ling by ultraviolet spectrophotometry

目的 :建立洁阴灵中醋酸氯己定和氧氟沙星含量检测方法。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法 ,在波长 2 5 5 ,2 69.4nm处 ,测定醋酸氯己定含量。在波长 3 2 6nm处 ,测定氧氟沙星含量。结果 :醋酸氯己定平均回收率为 99.6% ,RSD为 0 .8% (n =9) ,氧氟沙星平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 0 .3 % (n =9)。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于洁阴灵中醋酸氯己定和氧氟沙星含量测定。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of chlorhexidine acetate and ofloxacin in Jie yin ling.METHODS:Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the chlorhexidine content,at 255 nm and 269.4 nm.The ofloxacin was determined by spectrophotometry,at 326 nm.RESULTS:The average recovery for chlorhexidine acetate was 99.6% ,RSD= 0.8% (n=9);and the average recovery for ofloxacin was 99.8% ,RSD= 0.3% (n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,fast and accurate.
