现代管理激励理论对高职院校班级管理的启示 被引量:1

摘要 现代管理激励理论为高职院校的班级管理提供了有价值的理论依据。在高职院校班级管理中可以通过灵活运用目标激励法、需要激励法、评价激励法等各种激励机制,构建和谐健康的班级,从而促进高职生的学习、发展。
