摘要 在高教领域,MOOCs是世界网络课程新潮流,它与高等教育创新发展的联系以及对高等教育创新发展的启示表现在三个方面:一是大规模网络课程使大学的课程教学模式正在经历着一场数字化、网络化、全球化的历史性变革,其追求的目标是推动传统课堂向高效学堂转型,新一代学习科学和新一代信息技术是推动网络课程进入新阶段的两大杠杆;二是深化大规模网络课程需要破解三大难题,高校最稀缺的资源和最激烈的竞争将是多学科交叉的课程教学开发团队,网络课程的成功之道是必须实现教育创新专家的学习智慧、计算机网络、人工智能专家的IT的智慧、互联网课程运营专家的准商业智慧三者之间的结合;三是多年来在网络课程教学创新中的实践探索为深化教学学术研究提供了新思路,中国大学信息化的时代使命是应用现代教育技术创造新的学习文化,实现教育中人力、物力资源的多层次开发与合理配置。 In higher education domain, MOOCs has been a new trend in online courses throughout the world. Its relationship with innovative development of higher education and implications for higher education are represented in three aspects : firstly, extensive online courses make the course teaching model of universities ex- perience a digitized, networked, and global historical transformation. Its aim is to promote the transformation from traditional classroom to efficient school. The new generation's learning science and information technology have been two major levers to push online courses into a new stage. Secondly, deepening extensive online cour- ses needs to solve three major problems. The scarcest resources in universities and the fiercest competition will be muhidisciplinary curriculum teaching development team. The successful way of online courses is to attain the wisdom of educational innovation experts, the combination of computer network, IT wisdom of artificial intelli- gence experts and online course operation specialist. Thirdly, the practical exploration in educational innovation of online courses over the years provides new ideas for deepening research on teaching. The mission of China's universities informatization is to use modern educational technology to create new learning culture, and realize the multi-level development and rational allocation of human and material resources in education.
