pH对转红色荧光蛋白基因唐鱼孵化率和仔鱼存活的影响 被引量:4

Effects of pH on hatching rate and larval survival in transgenic white cloud mountain minnow Tanichthys albonubes expressing red fluorescent protein gene

摘要 在水温为(25±0.5)℃条件下,比较了不同pH (3.5~5.5,8.5 ~10.5)时转红色荧光蛋白基因唐鱼Tanichthys albonubes和野生型唐鱼受精卵的孵化率及其仔鱼在24、48、72、96 h的存活率,并测定了pH为4.5 ~9.5时两种初孵仔鱼的不投饵存活系数(SAI).结果表明:野生型唐鱼孵化率略高于转基因唐鱼,二者孵化的适宜pH为5.0~8.5;转基因唐鱼仔鱼的96 h存活率略高于野生型唐鱼,而野生型唐鱼初孵仔鱼的SAI则高于转基因唐鱼.综合分析认为:两种仔鱼适宜生存的pH为5.0~9.0,各pH组间无显著性差异,说明两种类型的唐鱼对pH的耐受力没有明显差异. The hatching rate and survival were compared between wild and transgenic white cloud mountain minnow Tanichthys albonubes expressing red fluorescent protein exposed to different pH values (3.5 to 5.5,and 8.5 to 10.5) for 24 h,48 h,72 h,and 96 h and the survival activity index (SAI) of the hatched larvae was measured at different pH values from 4.5 to 9.5.The results showed that the wild white cloud mountain minnow had slightly higher hatching rate than the transgenic ones,with suitable pH from 5.0 to 8.5.There was slightly higher 96 h survival rate in the transgenic larvae than in the wild larvae while the newly hatched wild larvae showed higher SAI than the transgenic larvae.It was found that both larvae had pH tolerance of 5.0 to 9.0,without significant difference,indicating that there are no significant differences in pH tolerance between the transgenic and wild white cloud mountain minnow.
