摘要
针对移动图书馆这一新兴领域,通过对以往研究以及现有移动图书馆落实情况进行分析,回顾了我国移动图书馆的发展历程,总结了目前的发展现状,指出传输速度慢、信息安全性低、数据冗余大、文档格式和阅读软件格式不一、不重视对移动图书馆人员的再培养是我国移动图书馆发展面临的主要问题;并在此基础上,从大力发展3G技术、WAP模式、格式统一、人才培养这四个角度提出我国移动图书馆的发展对策。将移动图书馆、传统的图书馆与数字图书馆三者有机结合的综合型图书馆发展模式,为用户提供更加多样化和更深层次的服务方式,把功能和服务提升到一个新的水平。
Mobile Library symbolizes a new direction of digitalized library,it combines the system of mobile communication network and digital library,and use the end mobile to extend and develop the traditional library.This paper aims at the emerging field of mobile library,sums up the development of China＇ s mobile library by reviewing previous studies and analyzing the implementation of existing mobile library.The paper finds that slow transmission of information,information insecurity,data redundancy,non-conformant of document ＆ reading software and ignorance of staff-retraining in mobile library are the major problems of mobile library in China.This paper comes up with suggestions that focus on the vigorous development of 3G technology,WAP mode,unified format,personnel training to develop mobile library development.Finally.he paper proposes the organic integration of mobile library,traditional library and digital library,and points out that the integration is of important significance for the future development of library in China to provide more diversified and new high-level service for more users.It can be realized by combining concrete development strategy with the increasing base of mobile phone users.
