摘要
随着高校规模的扩大,许多高校出现了多个校区办学,产生了设备报修维修的不方便与难管理;为了提高工作及管理效率,及时服务教学、科研,设计开发网上设备报修系统。该系统包括报修者报修,所在部门审核,管理员分派任务,校内兼职维修员或定点维修公司维修结果上传,报修者评价及相关数据统计及报表输出。经运行,该系统实现了学校设备日常维修的信息化管理,提高学校设备维修业务的工作水平及管理效率。
With the development of higher education,many multi-campus universities come into being.The multicampus brings about many problems such as the inconvenience of repairing the equipments as well as the difficulty of managing them.In order to solve the problems,meanwhile to improve working and management efficiency so as to provide timely service for teaching and scientific research,we have designed and developed an Online Equipmentrepairing System.Operation of the system consists of the following steps,i.e.first,the user reports the repairing; the respective department audits it; and the administrator assigns the task; then the part-time maintenance crews or the specific maintenance company upload the results of the repairing,after repair the user can make an evaluation; finally,the statistics of related data can be made and reported.From the reality of our university,this paper is an endeavor to put forward the operating process,and introduces the key steps and the examples of implementing codes of the Online Equipment-repairing System.
