Following the international financial crisis in 2008, the U.S. introduced a range of strategic measures and plans to revive its manufacturing sector. Learning from the U.S.＇ s advanced experience of developing its manufacturing sector has an ultimate and practical significance on China＇s economic development. Based on the U.S. ＇s strategic measures and plans for revitalizing its manufacturing sector, the paper analyzed its effect on China＇ s economy and provided some relevant enlightenment for the development of manufacturing sector in China.
