区域创新体系中的企业信息资源服务体系研究——以西江经济带为例

Research on System of Enterprise Information Resource Service in RIS-Take West River Economic Belt for Example

信息资源已成为区域创新的战略资源,关于区域创新体系中的信息资源服务体系的研究受到了国内外研究者越来越多的关注。本文首先介绍了信息资源服务体系和区域创新体系中信息资源服务体系的概念及其与信息资源配置的关系,然后梳理了国内外区域创新体系中信息资源服务体系的研究状况,并以西江经济带为例研究企业人员的信息需求等,最后构建了西江经济带的企业信息资源服务体系,以期为企业发展和区域发展提供有效的信息资源支持。

Information resources have been the strategic resources for regional innovation and domestic and foreign researchers have paid more attention to the research on system of information resource service in RIS. In this study, firstly it introduced the concepts of information resources service system and information resources service system in RIS and their relations with information resources allocation. Then it summarized the research status of information resources service system in RIS home and abroad. Then it took West River Economic Belt for example and empirically investigated the information needs and information behaviors of enterprise staff. Finally it constructed the system of enterprise information resource service for West River Economic Belt to provide effective information support for the enterprise development and regional development.
