灾害医学救援伤员分类卡的设计与思考

Design of Casualty Triage Tag for Disaster Medical Rescue

目的:针对灾害医学救援伤病员快速分类要求,研制一种特别用于灾害医学救援的伤员分类卡。方法:通过统计分析近年来国内外自然灾害伤情数据,借鉴世界主要发达国家分类卡设计经验,依据《战伤救治规则》要求,进行了内容筛选、功能设置、版面布局等方面的设计。结果:该分类卡防水耐磨,抗电磁、抗干扰性能强,分类标志国际通用,分类法则简单易懂,分类过程快速,分类结果可靠。结论:研制出的伤员分类卡功能合理,内容完备,取材经济,对于提高突发大批量伤病员的分类效率具有较高可行性。

Objective To design a triage tag applied to disaster medical rescue. Methods The casualty data of China and foreign countries were statistically analyzed, and the experience of developed countries for likely product was referred. The contents selection, function setting, lay-out and ete of the tag were carried out according to Casualty Treatment Rules. Results The triage tag was waterproof, wearproof and anti electromagnetic interference, with internationally adopted marking, easy rules, rapid process and reliable resuhs. Conclusion The casualty triage tag can enhance the efficiency of the mass casualty classification in disaster relief.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 （2） ： 37-39]
