摘要
目的:探讨一次性多功能上肢加压止血器在经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后按压穿刺点的止血效果。方法:在B超引导下运用改良塞丁格技术置入PICC导管者72例,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各36例。观察组采用一次性多功能上肢加压止血器法,对照组采用弹力绷带法。比较2组患者的渗血程度和24 h换药次数。结果:2组患者渗血程度和24 h换药次数相比,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:采用一次性多功能上肢加压止血器加压止血能收到较好的止血效果,缓解患者痛苦,降低经济费用,减轻医护人员的工作量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of disposable multifunctional upper limb compression tourniquet on puncture pin- point hemostasis in patients with PICC. Methods Totally 72 patients with PICC by improved Seldinger technique guided by B scan Ultrasound were divided into control group and intervention group equally and randomly. The disposable multifunctional upper limb compression tourniquet and pressure bandage were used for hemostasis in the invention group and the control group respectively. The two groups were compared for the extent of errhysis and the times for changing dressing during 24 hours. Results There were significant differences between the above indexes of the two groups. Conclusion The disposable multifunctional upper limb compression tourniquet behaves well in hemostasis, relieving patient＇s pain as well as reducing the cost and staffs workload, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2014,35 （2） ：107-109]
