摘要
目的:探讨心电图机在高压舱中应用的可行性。方法:使用ECG-9020P心电图机,将导联线及心电传感器放置在高压舱内,主机部分及电源线放置在舱外,利用高压舱舱体预留的穿舱孔,对其进行简单改造。选取9名受试者,分别在0.40、0.28、0.22、0.19、0.16和0.13 MPa压力环境下进行心电图检查。结果:在0.40 MPa压力环境下进行心电图检查9人次;在0.28、0.22、0.19、0.16和0.13 MPa压力环境下各进行心电图检查4人次。29份心电图导联连接正确,基线稳定,无明显干扰波,心电波形质量高,便于临床医生分析解读。结论:经过改造的ECG-9020P心电图机可在不同压力环境下正常进行心电图检查,为高压舱内诊断心脏功能异常提供了便利。
Objective To study the application of electrocardiograph in hyperbaric chamber. Methods ECG-9020P electrocar- diograph was reformed simply, in order that the electrocardiogram lead could be connected with the subjects through the ) pass-through of hyperbaric chamber. The electrocardiogram lead and transducer were put inside the hyperbaric chamber, and the main unit and power line were outside the hyperbaric chamber. Nine subjects went through electrocardiogram examination in hyperbaric chamber at different atmospheric pressures including 0.40, 0.28, 0.22, 0.19, 0.16 and 0.13 MPa. Results Nine sub- jects went through electrocardiogram examination at the atmospheric pressure of 0.40 MPa, and four subjects through electrocar- diogram examination at different atmospheric pressures including 0.28, 0.22, 0.19, 0.16 and 0.13 MPa. All of the 29 electrocar- diogram waveforms were in the normal range without any interference. The base lines were stable, and easily analyzed by doctors. Conclusion The reformed ECG-9020P electrocardiograph can work normally at different atmospheric pressures, which is conve- nient for doctors to diagnose cardiac functions.
