部分液体通气与其他呼吸支持方法的关系
摘要
该文介绍部分液体通气 (PLV)与其他呼吸支持方法的关系。PLV可促进表面活性物质的合成、分泌 ;与高频通气合用可更好地改善气体交换 ;与一氧化氮联合应用较单用PLV改善氧和作用明显 ,体外膜肺时使用PLV可改善气体交换、提高肺顺应性 。
