瓦斯爆炸伤特点与救治研究

STUDY ON THE MECHANISM AND TREATMENT OF THE WOUND CAUSED BY GAS EXPLOSION

目的 :探讨瓦斯爆炸伤的特点和救治原则。方法 :用流行病学调查方法对已经瓦斯爆炸伤现场调查记录及伤残者病史进行回顾性分析。结果 :瓦斯爆炸伤的特点主要是烧伤、一氧化碳中毒 ,冲击波伤 ,致死率高。根据伤情特点采用紧急救治适时转送方法可明显降低受伤者死亡率。结论 :瓦斯爆炸伤危害大 ,死亡率高 ,紧急救治适时转送是降低受低伤者死亡率的有效方法。

Objective:To study the characteristic of the wounded miners caused by gas explosion and the principle of treatment and cure.Methods:The records of the spot-ground of the gas explosion and case history of the wounded miners were analysised combined with the method of the investigation of epidemology.Results:The characteristics of the wound by gas explosion were burns,carbon monoxide poisoning,shock wave and the death rate was higher.If the emergency treatment and useful methods were adopted at the right moments to treat the wounded according to the seriousness of the injury the death rate could be decreased.Conclusions:The gas explosion is very harmful.In order to reduce the death rate of wounded miners,the effective methods are emergency treatment,transport at the right moment.
