团队凝聚力与再投资决策的实验研究——基于凝聚力不同维度的视角

An Experimental Study of Team Cohesion and Reinvestment Decision Making——Based on Multidimensionality of Cohesion

凝聚力作为团队的重要特性,对企业的投资决策产生重大影响。本文采用实验研究的方法,探讨了团队凝聚力不同维度对投资效率的影响。结果显示,任务凝聚力更有助于团队做出正确的决策,提高投资效率,支持了传统的"期望效用理论",但在项目盈亏不同情境下团队凝聚力对再投资决策的影响不同:盈利情况下,任务凝聚力和关系凝聚力对决策的影响没有显著差别;而亏损情况下,任务凝聚力更有利于团队决策质量的提高,验证了"前景理论"。

Cohesion, as an important feature of team, has a great impact on investment decision making. In this paper, effects of task cohesion on investment efficiency were analyzed by role-playing experiment. Results showed that task cohesion was more favorable for the team to make right decisions to improve investment efficiency, which supported the conventional Expectation Effect Theory. However, team cohesion had distinct effects on reinvestment decision making in different situations of profit or loss. When the team made a profit, there was no great difference between effects of task cohesion and those of interpersonal cohesion on decision making. When the team made a loss, task cohesion was more advantageous for the team to make a better decision, which proved the Prospect Theory.
