摘要
基于全国人口普查资料数据,分析我国城镇家庭住房来源的区域差异及动态演进。结果表明:全国城镇市场类住房占比高于其他三类住房比重之和,多数省份行政类住房比重高于保障类住房的比重,且区域特征显著;通过对泰尔指数的引入和动态分解,发现地区间住房差异在逐步缩小;从城镇家庭住房拥有率的变化情况上看,全国城镇住房的商品化程度有所提高,购买原公有住房以及自建住房比重均有所下降。
Based on the data of population census, the paper analyzes regional difference and dynamic evolution of urban housing sources in China. The results show that the number of housing bought in the market is larger than the total of three other kinds of housing, the number of housing distributed by administration is larger than that of affordable housing, and the regional characteristics are signifieant. With the help of Theil index, it finds that regional differences of housing are gradually shrinking. From the perspective of change of urban housing ownership rate, the degree of commercialization of urban housing is going up while the percentage of purchasing public housing and self-help housing is going down slightly.
