订单定向培养乡镇卫生院全科医生的实践与思考

The orders target training general practitioners in township hospitals

海南医学院实施6种订单定向全科医生培养模式,建设全科医学“三级”实践基地和“三结合”全科医学师资队伍,建立多部门协作、统筹协调的医学教育管理体制和运行机制,逐步完善院校教育、毕业后教育和继续教育有效衔接的三个阶段的医学教育体系,构建了为乡镇卫生院培养全科医生的人才培养体系.

In this study, six orders-directed training models for medical general practitioners were implemented. It included the construction of ＂ three-level＂ practice base and ＂three-pronged＂ faculty team, coordination of medical education management system and operating mechanism for gradually improving the three stage convergence of school education, graduation education and continuing education system so as to build general practitioner training system for township hospitals.
