摘要
本文从构建职业教育教师专业能力提升机制的探索出发,提出了人本性、助力性、竞争性和逻辑性的机制构建原则及教师专业能力的组成与内涵、专业能力的评价体系、专业能力的发展平台等机制的构建内容,并以学校近年来的实施成效印证了机制的有效性.
Exploring from the perspective of constructing a mechanism to promote the teacher' s abilities in vocational education institutions, this paper aims at proposing a theory of how to undertake the formation. In this theory, several key principles was illustrated which includes construction based on the nature and power resistance, competitive and logical mechanism structure and teachers' professional ability of the composition and connotation, professional ability evaluation system, professional ability development platform. The validity of the mechanism is also provided by the school' s practices in daily education of recent years.
