从天津医科大学的具体实践出发,提出构建“一个目标,两支队伍,三个功能,四位一体”的医学院校思想政治实践教学体系,即始终坚持“以人为本,德育为先”的理念,贯彻“知行合一,德高医粹”的育人目标;加强两支队伍建设,提高人员素质,推动实践教学的实施;着力发挥“通过生命意义教育深化理想信念教育,通过跨文化教育深化爱国主义教育,通过职业道德教育深化思想品德教育”三个深化的教育功能;完善“课堂教学一载体建设一校园文化一社会实践”四位一体的思想政治教育体系.
