摘要
高校青年教师双语教学水平的优劣直接决定了双语教学质量的高低.为了解青年教师双语教学的需求,本研究从某高校公共卫生学院青年教师双语教学培训的需求入手,探讨了青年教师双语教学培训方式、培训内容,为提高青年教师双语教学能力提供了有效途径.
Bilingual teaching faculty will directly determine the quality of bilingual education.To understand the needs of bilingual teachers,a survey study was executed.The study based on the development needs of bilingual education,to explore the effective ways to improve the ability of teachers.
