肺功能检查教学面临的问题及改革实践 被引量:10

Reform of teaching for pulmonary function testing: problem, solution strategy and practice

摘要 肺功能检查对呼吸系统疾病的诊断和治疗有着重要的指导意义,但是其临床应用和教学水平亟待改进.本文分析了我国肺功能检查的现状,对存在的主要问题进行了详细的剖析,如对肺功能检查的临床意义认识的不足、检查中质量控制的忽视、教学课本的欠缺、教学手段和检查方法的落后、检查方法选取的疑惑及学生学习中的畏难情绪等.同时,针对这些问题提出了相应的对策,如积极进行教学改革探索与实践,通过编著出版专业教材、开发网络课件和专题学习网站、提出质量控制标准以及创新教学方法,将理论知识与临床实践紧密结合,对不同阶段(本科教育、研究生教育、医学继续教育)的人员实施针对性的教学.教学改革取得了较好的效果,专题教学网站访问量已经超过50万人次,培训教学已经在全国推广. Pulmonary function testing (PFT) plays an important role in instruction for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.However,it is essential to improve the level of education and clinical practice of PFT in China.In this article,the current situation of PFT practice in China,and the facing problems,including under-realized clinical importance,ignorance of quality control during measurement,lack of high quality of textbooks,backward of teaching technology,stumble of selecting measurements,as well as emotion to fear difficulties were analyzed.To solve these problems,several steps were approached,including publication of textbooks and reference,development of educational website as well as courseware,suggesting criteria for testing quality control,and renewed methods for teaching and learning.The combination of theory and clinical practice of PFT were emphasized.For better teaching results,different levels of education (undergraduate student,master student and continuous educational programs) were recommended.Good response to these practices was achieved,the teaching website was accessed by over 500 thousands visitors,and the education courses were extended throughout China.
