摘要
学生评教在高校教学质量监控中发挥着重要作用.本文简述了国外高等院校学生评教的主要特点,分析了第三军医大学2008年2月至2011年6月间学生（学员）评教的情况及不足,阐述了学校新一轮学生评教改革的主要做法和实际运行效果,以期为其他同类院校完善学生评教制度起到借鉴作用.
Students＇ evaluation plays an important role in quality monitoring of teaching process. The paper briefly introduced the characteristics of students＇ evaluation in foreign universities, analyzed the shortage of students＇ evaluation of The Third Military Medical University, expounded the practice and actual effect of teaching evaluation reform. It is expected to play a reference role for the development of students＇ evaluation in other similar universities.
