胰高血糖素瘤伴坏死松解性游走性红斑1例

A Case of glucagonoma with necrolytic migratory erythema(NME)

49岁女性，全身广泛红斑伴痒痛 10个月，病理变化为表皮上层的松解、坏死。血胰高血糖素增高， CT检查发现胰尾及肝脏肿瘤。手术切除肿瘤后，皮疹消退。

A 49- year- old female had generalized erythema with itching and pain for 10 months. A skin biopsy specimen revealed superficial epidermal lysis and necrosis. Serum glucagon was elevated. Computerized topography of the abdomen showed tumors of pancreas tail and liver. After the resection of the tumors, the erythema disappeared.
