电镀锌螺栓摩擦因数影响因素的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前电镀锌螺栓扭矩系数散差大,不利于预紧力控制的问题,基于单因素方差分析理论,通过对不同螺栓强度等级、镀层厚度、钝化层、支撑面硬度的镀锌螺栓进行拧紧实验,找出影响螺栓摩擦因数的关键因素,发现D级钝化层螺栓比C级能承受更大轴向力,可以有效提高螺栓效能。对影响螺栓摩擦因数的关键因素进行控制,通过对控制前后实验数据的对比,发现控制后能有效地减少螺栓扭矩系数的散差,提高镀锌螺栓连接的可靠性。 For the problem of big dispersion of nut factor,which is unfavorable for pre-tightening force control,based on the one-way analysis of variance theory,through the tighten experiments on different strength grade,coating thickness,rota-tional speed,bolt chromate treatment,bearing surface hardness of the bolts,the key factors affecting bolt friction coefficient were found out.It is shown that D chromate treatment bolts can effectively improve the tighten bolt axial force and give full play to the bolt's using efficiency.Through control the key factors affecting bolt friction coefficient,the dispersion of nut factor is effectively reduced and the reliability of connector is improved.
