摘要
利用离心泵理论,对一种机械密封用锥形叶片式泵效环的性能进行理论分析,并利用CFD软件对泵效环的性能进行数值模拟,获得泵效环邻域流场的压力分布,给出泵效环泵送能力的理论分析表达式即扬程表达式,分析泵效环转数和叶片数对其泵送能力的影响。理论分析结果和数值模拟结果基本一致,确认模型的合理性。随着泵效环转数和叶片数的增加,其泵送能力相应增加,但是随着叶片数的增加,空化空蚀现象会更易发生。
The performance of the conical blade pumping ring of a mechanical seal was analyzed based on the theory of centrifugal pumps and simulated by using CFD software.The pressure distribution of neighborhood flow field was obtained to determine the pumping capability of the pumping ring.The theoretical analysis expression of pumping capability was giv-en,and the effects of the speed and the number of blades of pumping ring on the pumping capability were analyzed.The re-sult of theoretical analysis was compared with that of numerical simulation,which validated the correctness of this model built.The pumping capability of the pumping ring is appropriately increased with the increase of the speed and the number of blades of pumping ring.But with the increase of the number of blades,the pumping ring is more prone to cavitation.
