摘要 Btk(Bruton’s tyrosine Kinase)是一种胞浆蛋白,属于Tec酪氨酸激酶家族,参与调控B细胞的增殖、分化与凋亡,并在多个信号通路中扮演重要的角色。Btk在肿瘤与炎症的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用,因此针对肿瘤治疗与炎症控制而开发的小分子Btk抑制剂受到越来越多的关注。本文综述了Btk抑制剂及其临床研究进展,为合理开发Btk抑制剂提供启示。 Btk (Brutons tyrosine kinase) is a kind of plasmosin. It's a member of the Tec tyrosine kinase and it participates in regulating B cell's proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Btk also plays key roles in multiple cell signaling pathways. Because of Btk's key roles in cancer and inflammation development, the development of small molecular inhibitors targeting Btk for treatment of cancer and inflammation have received more and more attention. The review has addressed multiple kinds of Btk inhibitors and their clinical progress, fueling development of the ideal candidate inhibitors in future.
