20例锁骨骨折患者克氏针内固定治疗效果分析

The Treatment Effect Analysis of Kirschner Wire Internal Fixation for 20 Patients with Clavicle Fracture

目的探讨克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法分析20例采用克氏针内固定治疗的锁骨骨折患者的临床资料。结果患者术后住院时间（8．31±1．09）d。14例（5．00％）骨折延长愈合。骨折愈合优17例（85．00％）、良2例l例、克氏针尾刺破皮肤1例。结论克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折，（70．00％）骨折愈合时间6～8周、5例（25．00％）8～12周、1例（10．00％）和差1例（5．00％）。术后残留疼痛1例、内固定松动手术操作简单，创伤小，费用低，效果好，适用于基层医院。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of clavicle fracture. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 20 patients with clavicle fractures treated by kirschner wire internal fixation. Results The postoperative hospital stay is （8.31 ±1.09） d. The fracture healing time of 14 cases （70.00%） is 6 - 8 weeks, which of 5 cases （25.00%） is 8 - 12 weeks, which of 1 case （5.00%） were prolonged. 17 cases＇ （85.00%） fracture healing was optimal, which of 2 cases （10.00%） is good, and which was poor in 1 case （5.00%）. There was 1 case with postoperative residual pain, and 1 case with internal fixation loosening, skin of 1 cases was pricked by the tail of kirschner wire. Conclusion The treatment of kirschner wire internal fixation for clavicle fracture, is simple operated, with small trauma, low cost, good effect, suit for primary hospitals.
